Elvis Presley Roustabout promo SP 139-45-139 and photo-sleeve

I've inherited a slew of collectibles, including more than 1000 vinyl records, and a friend suggested I sell them on ebay. I have no idea what, if any, value these might have, so I'm pricing these basically to cover the cost of listing and minimum USPS mailing. Ebay has my listings restricted to only 10 items at the moment, but I expect to list more in the near future. Here is Elvis Presley's Roustabout promo SP 139-45-139 and photo-sleeve. Sleeve is excetionally well kept, with only yellowing, wrinkles and one slight discoloation on the back (through the hyphen following the word "SIDE 2"). Vinyl is nearly new, with only a single hairline etch that I had to look for. both labels shows very little wear from tiny smudges.
