RCA did not know what song titles they would be including on this album as Elvis was in Germany serving his country. When they printed this original issue cover they waited until they had decided what songs to include and then had a sticker printed with the song titles which they applied to the front cover. A very few, mostly those that were either shipped to radio stations or used with the Golden Age aluminum banner, existed without the sticker. Paul Lichter's Elvis Unique Record Club is proud to offer this near mint beauty in its original loose baggie. Let's start with the record. It is stone mint, uncirculated and unplayed. The vinyl is as shiny and beautiful as the day it was pressed. The gorgeous RCA black dog on top original 33 1/3 long play labels are pristine. The cover is a stunning mint minus. Normally this cover is notorious for showing edge wear along the sides and the spine. The spine is virtually perfect as are all edges. The front cover looks virtually brand new. When held under a strong light a RCA manufacturing crease can be seen about 1" in the slick in the windshield of Elvis' car. There is a tiny, and I mean tiny, bit of wear on the top right hand corner on the front corner only. The back cover is just about stone mint. The inside of the book cover is stone mint with the exception of a hint of blackening, very light, underneath the hole that RCA produced so that you can hang the Elvis calendar cover on your wall. This light hint of blackening was caused by the album cover being closed in its original loose baggie for the last 50 years. I am being extremely picky. Look at the picture and judge for yourself.
